Talent Advisor Opportunity with Randstad Enterprise! 

We are looking for two Talent Advisors to join our established team to recruit google cloud sales individuals across EMEA for our client - the most used search engine in the world! Our opportunity is to join a fully remote team out of Poland.

Role:

Together with your teammates, you will:

• collect and analyse requirements for open vacancies 
• arrange phone calls with shortlisted applicants to better understand their skills and let them know what our client offers them in return
• prepare a list of successful applicants and pass them on to our client’s hiring team 
• prepare candidates for interviews and gather interview feedback from both them and our client after the interview
• take care of administrative tasks, e.g. prepare an offer for final candidates

What we are looking for:

• previous tech/cloud sales recruitment experience
• fluency in English - it’s going to be your everyday business language
• independence and proactiveness once you learn the role
• strong negotiation skills with an ability to successfully close job offers
