We're looking for a dynamic (Expert) Talent Advisor to play a key role in expanding our Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program with a prestigious client in the pharmaceutical and biotech sector. This is a unique hybrid opportunity, requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in Beerse. You'll be instrumental in evolving our MSP approach from its current state to a more proactive, direct sourcing model (MSP).

Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with hiring managers in Belgium, acting as a bridge between their needs and our direct sourcing team. You'll be educating them about the benefits of direct sourcing, driving a mindset shift away from pre-identified hires, and increasing the utilization of our J&J-branded talent pools. This role leans more towards business development, and account management than traditional admin tasks. You'll be working closely with senior Talent Advisors and management to strategize and implement new approaches, while also bringing your own ideas and solutions to the table.

What You’ll Do?

• Building relationships with hiring managers in Belgium.
• Promoting direct sourcing services to hiring managers.
• Understanding hiring managers' needs and communicating those needs to the direct sourcing team.
• Educating hiring managers about the MSP program and direct sourcing benefits.
• Driving a mindset change in hiring managers to utilize direct sourcing.
• Focusing on business development, sales, and account management activities related to the MSP program.
• Collaborate with the Sourcing Team: Work closely with our Global Business Services (GBS).
• Working independently and proactively, generating own ideas and solutions.

What You’ll Bring?

• Proven experience in, or workforce management, with a particular focus on contingent hiring.
• Confidence in expanding our MSP presence within client departments by engaging new stakeholders and cultivating strong relationships to introduce our direct sourcing solutions. (Comprehensive training on our offerings will be provided.)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, with sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of compliance.
• Proficient in analyzing data and delivering clear, actionable insights.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Experience working in multinational environments and collaborating across diverse cultures.
• Hybrid work model: On-site presence required 2–3 days per week in Beers, Belgium.
