Join Our Global Product Operations Team as a Training Partner!

Are you passionate about creating impactful training solutions? Join our dynamic Product Operations team within Global Training! We play a crucial role in providing expert training solutions and bridging the gap between complex technical information and actionable strategies. As a Global Training Partner, you will ensure the execution of training strategies, maintain quality standards, and build relationships with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.

What you will do:

• Design interactive, globally deployable e-learning modules using advanced authoring tools.
• Analyze training data to enhance courses and learning materials.
• Coordinate end-to-end training processes for global audiences.
• Produce reports on training effectiveness and learner engagement.
• Contribute to a knowledge base by sharing ideas and best practices for course design and delivery.
• Maintain compliance with training documentation, ensuring SLA/KPI tracking requirements are met.
• Keep Learning Management System (LMS) and training records up to date.

What you will bring:

• Significant experience in a direct training, instructional design, or learning and development role.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar authoring platforms.  Plus proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Proven experience administering and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• A flexible approach to meet global needs, including occasional evenings or early mornings, to.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to provide a sample of non-proprietary instructional work.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with product, technical, and business teams.
