What You’ll Be Doing:

This role is a blend of strategic advisory, operational leadership, and high-level support, offering you a unique opportunity to develop a diverse skill set and gain invaluable experience.

  • Strategic Guru: You'll be more than an assistant; you'll be a trusted advisor. You will provide strategic counsel to the EVPs on critical business projects, offering insights and guidance to ensure we're always executing our strategy and acting in the best interest of our stakeholders.  
  • Operational Driver: Get ready to take the lead! You'll drive strategic initiatives on behalf of the EVPs, partner with the RESC team on key projects. You will also be collaborating with the EVPs in setting and driving operational imperatives.  
  • Culture Champion: You'll play a key role in fostering a high-performance and multi cultural culture, assisting the EVPs in providing feedback and supporting the development of team members.  
  • Executive Ally: Of course, there's a vital administrative side too. You'll manage relationships with executive leaders, oversee communications, handle correspondence, and act as the first point of contact for requests. You will also be supporting the EVPs with meeting management, liaison, go-to point of contact and support deck creation.
