Talent Advisor
(Start ideally mid-May / Beginning of June, no later than early June 2025)

About Randstad Sourceright:
Randstad Sourceright, a subsidiary of the Randstad Group, supports large national and international companies by managing all or part of their workforce processes within their Human Resources departments.

As a Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across multiple regions for a fast-growing organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for live roles in a fast-growing/hiring company across multiple regions.

• Produce reporting documents and monitor supplier performance.

• Manage the client and supplier relationship throughout the entire process.

• Handle staffing requests from the client.

• Ensure the accurate distribution and follow-up of staffing needs to approved suppliers.

• Review and validate supplier invoices.

Your Profile:

• German language fluency is essential, as you will need to work daily with both clients and candidates in German.

• Solid hands-on experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in an agency environment.

• You are known for your proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards with both clients and suppliers.

• Proficient in Google Drive tools and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).

• You’re eager to join a positive, motivated, and collaborative team.

Location: Hungary, Poland, or Romania.
