🎯 Purpose of the Role

As a QA Auditor, you play a pivotal role in evaluating and improving quality across processes, systems, and service delivery. Through detailed audits, documentation reviews, and stakeholder engagement, you will identify areas of risk, propose corrective measures, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth audits of recruitment and operational processes
  
  
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations
  
  
• Identify quality gaps, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions
  
  
• Collaborate with delivery teams to implement improvements
  
  
• Document findings in clear, structured audit reports
  
  
• Monitor the effectiveness of actions taken to resolve quality issues
  
  
• Support knowledge sharing and best practice adoption
  
  
• Provide coaching and guidance on QA processes to colleagues
  
  
• Facilitate internal/external audits and reporting
  
  
• Promote a culture of quality, learning, and operational excellence

📚 What You Bring

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (both spoken and written)
  
  
• 2+ years of experience in QA, auditing, or compliance
  
  
• Strong background in RPO, BPO, MSP, recruitment, or sourcing services
  
  
• Proven experience working with operational stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills
  
  
• Deep understanding of regulatory standards and quality benchmarks
  
  
• A collaborative mindset and desire to support business improvement
