Global Pricing Director, Strategic Accounts

Are you a visionary pricing leader ready to shape the commercial future of a global leader? We're seeking a Director of Global Pricing Strategy to drive innovative pricing models for our largest and most complex international clients. This is a highly influential role where you'll directly impact profitability and play a critical part in our global commercial success.

Why this role is exciting:

• High-Impact & Influence: Lead pricing decisions for Randstad's largest global clients (totaling ~$2.5BN EUR spend), working directly with senior leadership, including the Executive Board and CFOs. You'll be instrumental in winning new business and expanding our enterprise portfolio.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement global, transparent pricing frameworks and policies, acting as our central expert for pricing and delivery costs.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small but critical team of pricing specialists and our data insights team, overseeing the creation of standardized dashboards that drive key decisions.
• Global Reach: Work in an international setting, negotiating multi-country contracts and ensuring pricing consistency across regions while adapting to local market conditions.
• Direct Coaching & Support: Benefit from dedicated coaching and weekly check-ins with senior leadership to ensure your success.

What you'll do:

• Develop & Drive Pricing Strategy: Define and execute sophisticated pricing strategies for our most strategic and complex global accounts.
• Business Case & Negotiation: Craft compelling business cases for large deals and co-lead negotiation strategies for international tenders.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and collaborate with senior executives, sales teams, and country Managing Directors to drive commercial decisions and expand our client base.
• Commercial Control: Monitor client performance against strategy, set targets, and ensure full capitalization of client contracts.
• Center of Expertise: Build and maintain our internal expertise center on pricing, including competitor analysis and market insights.

What you'll bring:

• Strategic Pricing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and implementing complex pricing strategies and models for large, multi-country contracts.
• Financial Acumen: Master's/university degree in Finance/Economics with strong analytical skills, advanced spreadsheet knowledge, and experience building dashboards.
• Exceptional Influence & Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with executive leadership internally and externally, making client wishes possible even in complex scenarios.
• Global Leadership: Over 10 years of experience in an international financial management setting, with a track record of leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Commercial Mindset: A strong understanding of commercial attractiveness in tenders and the ability to drive business growth.
• Digital Fluency: Strong digital capabilities and adaptability to emerging technologies.
• Excellent English: Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills. A second language is a plus.
