about Professional Services

Professional Services is responsible for the process of preparation, change readiness, implementation and hyper care across all Enterprise concepts. This is to be executed in line with the agreed project plan, timescales and within budget. We also provide ongoing expertise and manage projects for our trading accounts to enable expansions, supplier management strategy and technology enhancements. The team holds the responsibility of engaging the client and their teams in an implementation and ongoing support rooted in change management and value creation. We set the scene for future collaboration and must work efficiently, professionally and in line with the client's expectation of an outsourced partner. We work under pressure whilst aiming to delight clients and ensure the process of implementation is as seamless as possible. The team and its leaders must be able to demonstrate a constant ability to be flexible as an expert in their field, trusted client advisor and deliver with the governance of the project while providing a high level of client satisfaction.

  • strategic leadership and management of a function
  • responsible for achieving the goals through effective relationship management 
  • driving additional business opportunities, leading and supporting the sales and operational functions for the relevant portfolio 
  • the NAM Portfolio lead will be a member of the relevant  NAM leadership team(s) 
  • SPOC for all opportunities in the region - this may include but is not limited to MSP, RPO, Total Talent, SP360, Risesmart, RCS. Also projects for Trading Accounts.

responsibilities

  • develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility 
  • working closely with the regional MDs and CSDs and functional leaders  to support on the development of the existing and new portfolio of clients where new services are to be implemented
  • SPOC for Sales, Solution and Bid teams to validate, support and input on customer opportunities within region
  • support for the Global Portfolio lead for multi regional opportunities 
  • responsible for triggering the appropriate functions within Professional Services to initiate customer readiness, resource allocation and mobilization
  • develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility by managing others
  • matrix management of key team members
  • analyses key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business
  • develops innovative solutions by integrating and analyzing complex and diverse information sources
  • manages key stakeholder relationships internally and externally
  • creating thought leadership
  • providing short, medium and long-term strategies that are aligned with business goals
  • establishing metrics, goals and the expected performance levels of all teams and providing feedback and coaching where appropriate
  • should assess/survey the quality of work delivered by teams
  • coach and mentor teams in their development
  • identify talent and creating opportunities for development
  • takes responsibility for the implementation of a team's performance management systems
  • acts as a role model for team members

education, experience & knowledge

  • University/Post Graduate degree or equivalent professional & intellectual ability
  • excellent Microsoft Office/google for business applications skills
  • wide and deep experience providing expert competence
  • significant professional experience
  • experience in managing and motivating teams
  • solid experience of people management and leadership in a results-driven environment
  • experience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives
  • experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames
  • experience working in a complex matrix, across multiple geographies
  • proven experience of developing relationships working at a strategic and operational level

Annual Salary:  $142,400 to 160,000.
