The role

As an experienced consultant at Randstad, you'll join our team to manage a HSEQ hybrid desk, partnering with clients in Build, Civil, Rail, Manufacturing, and Operations. We're looking for individuals with at least 2 years of agency experience and a strong understanding of recruiting engineering backgrounds. You're not just matching candidates; you're building careers and driving business growth by connecting top talent with leading companies. You'll nurture client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and strategically place exceptional candidates. Responsibilities:

• Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
• Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

About you:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in agency recruitment is essential for this role.
• A good understanding of recruiting engineering backgrounds is required.
• You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients' needs.
• A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial.
