Randstad, the global leader in HR solutions, is hiring an Account Manager to join our MSP program.

 In this full-time onsite role, you will act as a dedicated Account Manager and main point-of-contact for our client. The role is responsible for requisition fulfillment and relationship management with staffing suppliers and hiring managers to maintain our strategic partnership and promote program growth.

• Manage the end-to-end requisition process and timely fulfillment of staffing needs
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, staffing suppliers and internal teams
• Act as point of contact for contingent workforce
• Maximize all opportunities to expand client relationships and MSP services

What you need to bring:

• Ability to work onsite as needed in Boise, ID area
• 3+ years of staffing industry or MSP experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively work with hiring managers, suppliers, and candidates
• A high sense of urgency with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines
• A flexible "can-do" attitude
• Strong work ethic and motivation for personal success
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

The base salary range for this position is $52,200- 67,040
