Your Future Responsibilities:

• Recruiting & Placement: Specialize in recruiting and placing IT professionals and executives, managing the entire placement process—from initial contact to contract signing.
  
  
• Direct Search & Talent Pooling: Actively identify and attract suitable candidates through career networks and social media, building a sustainable talent pool.
  
  
• Client Management & Contract Negotiations: Develop your client portfolio strategically, conduct professional negotiations, and ensure long-term partnerships.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A completed university degree or commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience.
  
  
• Solid experience in IT recruitment, particularly in direct search/executive search.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor—both over the phone and in person at the decision-maker level.
  
  
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of self- and time management to set priorities and act successfully.
