The Role:

We’re looking for a commercially minded leader with a strong client focus — someone who can provide hands-on support to the team, build and maintain trusted client relationships, and continue driving growth across our Banking & Financial Services division

As State Manager, you’ll lead a team of five high-performing consultants who consistently hit their targets and deliver strong results. The team covers mid-to-senior level roles across banking and financial Services, along with specialist and volume recruitment within banking operations.

You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team culture, led by a senior manager who genuinely values people development, invests in their team’s growth and a workplace where everyone can thrive.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven leader with a strong commercial mindset 
• Experience in corporate services recruitment, ideally with exposure to banking or financial services (either on the recruitment agency or industry side)
• Someone who leads from the front, builds trust quickly, and enjoys developing others
• A collaborative approach and commitment to team success
