job purpose

As part of Randstad Enterprise’s growth strategy, you have the opportunity to design talent models across multiple regions to support our clients in gaining access to high volume Operational/Professional talent skills they need for their diverse business needs. You will design innovative solutions for temporary staffing services, aligning with client needs and Randstad's strategic objectives.

Working closely and partnering with our sales and account owners you will meet with key customer stakeholders, run workshops and bring your expertise and experience to design the best scalable and optimal solutions tailored to the customer's immediate needs, creating a foundation for further expansion and innovation for their contingent workforce needs. This also requires customer facing activities as well as potential international travel.

Your designs will leverage expertise from various subject matter experts from internal IT, Delivery teams, technology providers through to experts in direct sourcing strategies and global delivery.

Overall you will own the design, ensuring consistency, integrity, and measurable impact. This requires leading a solution design throughout the initial sales phases and ensuring the design is transferred accordingly to implementations and operations. Once designs are operational during their first few months, you will continue to be involved in bringing expertise and advisory responsibilities supporting specific design decisions and empowering the operational team to make future decisions.  For existing large or strategic clients, you can be expected to review, re-design and recommend how to evolve towards the next generation of services to unlock and evolve further value and efficiencies.
