job purpose
You will be responsible for specific proposals in which our services need to be adapted. Such proposals will go above and beyond our standard concepts and require a proposal specialist who will tailor the proposal to articulate and advance our client engagement to the next commercially viable stage. You will be able to provide answers to our client proposals in which our standard content will need to be tailored providing the right level of insight and expertise to solve our clients talent challenges.
You will be discovering and owning parts of a proposal which are specific and require
expertise to author, research, communicate and complete the overall proposal. In doing so you will be working closely together with Randstad Enterprise Strategic Customer Leads and markets for international proposals as well as the other colleagues from the Centre of Excellence. Ultimately you will leverage your market insights to tailor bid content and feedback to our COE leaders for future reusability. Keeping a high level of quality and continuous advancement shaping the future of our industry.
Working closely and partnering with our sales and account owners you will meet with key customer stakeholders, participate in workshops and bring your expertise and experience to build the best proposal and to the customer's immediate needs and create a foundation for further expansion and innovation for their contingent workforce needs. This also requires customer facing activities as well as potential international travel.
This is a senior job operating corporately across the whole Randstad organization. Teamwork is essential, along with a growth mindset, to guide and lead stakeholders through their transformation supporting their workforce needs.
