Drive Global Impact. Shape the Future of Onsite Operations. Grow With Us.

At Randstad, we believe in creating meaningful partnerships and delivering exceptional talent solutions worldwide. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who thrives in complexity, finds joy in problem-solving, and gets excited about building operational excellence that truly impacts global organizations.

Imagine this: You wake up knowing that your day will involve leading high-impact change, guiding multi-country teams, and directly supporting the seamless delivery of services for some of the world's most prominent brands. You’re shaping how we deliver excellence across borders.

What's your mission?

As our PMO / Operational Delivery Lead, reporting into our Customer Excellence Lead, you'll drive the implementation, operational performance, and ongoing excellence of our onsite delivery services – with a key focus on Global Enterprise Strategic Accounts.

You’ll connect the dots globally: collaborating with strategic account leaders, customer support teams, pricing and legal experts, and implementation leads from every corner of Randstad. Your role is crucial in ensuring our solutions are consistently efficient, scalable, and aligned to our clients’ evolving needs.

What's your impact?

You'll support $6B–$8B+ in yearly sales opportunities, and your ability to streamline, standardize, and scale our operations directly contributes to the satisfaction of our most strategic global clients.

What you'll be doing;

  • Lead and guide implementations and ongoing delivery with local teams, ensuring alignment, training, and timely delivery.
  • Be the subject matter expert on all things onsite operations.
  • Create consistency and excellence across countries by sharing and embedding operational best practices.
  • Partner with local teams to uncover efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives, bringing structure, communication, and strategic clarity.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs with a focus on sustainability, compliance, and high-impact training.
  • Ensure operations align to contractual agreements and preferred ways of working.
  • Influence and inspire collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups.

What'll you bring?

You're someone who thrives in dynamic, matrixed environments. You know how to bring structure to complexity and lead with influence. You're collaborative, detail-oriented, and love the challenge of making global operations run like clockwork.

  • 6+ years of experience in in-house services, with international stakeholders preferably.
  • Experience with high-volume staffing: Often used in manufacturing, logistics, call centers, and warehousing, where there's a large number of temp or flex workers.
  • A proven track record of leading cross-country operational teams in a matrixed organization is an advantage.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience or a strong background in project execution and change management.
  • A knack for turning complex challenges into practical solutions.
  • Experience in Lean Sigma or similar process improvement methods is a plus.
  • Fluency in business English is a must; knowledge of any additional European language is a plus.

You’re the type of person who…

  • Sees inefficiencies and instantly starts mapping out a better way.
  • Enjoys working across cultures, time zones, and teams.
  • Has the confidence to lead bold transformation projects – from process re-engineering to tech implementation.
  • Knows that training and communication are the glue in every successful change initiative.

What’s in it for you?

  • Remote-first flexibility with weekly or bi-weekly one visit to the office based in Budapest and a truly global team.
  • Join a diverse and inclusive workplace, a company with a wide range of learning, development, and advancement opportunities, including yearly bonuses and fringe benefits.
  • Being part of a company that offers a great work/life balance and focuses on well-being and mental health, and a culture that encourages courage, curiosity, and collaboration.
  • Being part of strategic transformation at one of the world’s leading HR services companies.
  • Room to grow, lead, and shape how we deliver service across continents.

What's next?

Apply and imagine yourself leading global change, one smart solution at a time. Successful candidates will be invited for further interviews and online assessment.

We're excited about your interest in our company and look forward to your application!

We are an inclusive employer, and should you require any reasonable adjustments in order to complete any aspect of the recruitment process, please contact the recruiter for this job posting team.
