The role

Join Randstad as a Recruitment Consultant with our Trades & Labor team, specialising in recruiting electricians on a permanent basis. Based in either the CBD or Parramatta, you’ll build and manage your own desk, working with a variety of quality clients across Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Construction, etc. Whether you're an experienced recruiter, a sales professional, or an electrician ready to transition into recruitment, this role offers huge growth potential. Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a drive to succeed, will be key. 

Responsibilities

• Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
• Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

About you

• You have experience as an agency recruiter, electrician or a sales person
• You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
• A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
• As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
