The role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in Randstad’s Industrial division, you’ll specialise in end-to-end hiring of blue-collar professionals—including forklift drivers, factory workers, warehouse staff, machine operators and manufacturing workers. Based in Essendon Fields, this is a 360° agency recruitment role where you’ll lead business development, build lasting client partnerships, and place top talent into meaningful roles. This role suits a driven, resilient professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Responsibilities

•  Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
• Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
