We are currently looking for a Business Services Specialist to support one of our clients!

A successful Business Services Specialist thrives in supporting the business with the correct expertise while handling complex scenarios, understands the importance of providing excellent support to customer programs, their stakeholders and on- and off- site colleagues in order to provide unforgettable experience.
The role is hybrid.
What you will do:
- Schedule and manage interviews for multiple candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate logistics, including video conferencing and travel arrangements.
- Making sure that the interviews onsite are prepared properly (booking of the rooms, catering etc.)
- Ensure all interview panel members are briefed and have candidate information.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues during virtual interviews to ensure a smooth process.
- Support onboarding process of new hires.
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Support reporting activities.
- Support continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality, data protection standards, and up-to-date documentation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to align with recruitment objectives.
What we would like you to have:
- Fluncy in Italian & English & Hungarian or Polish & English
- Team player approach, ready to support and facilitate progress and performance in all areas.
- Constant motivation to improve yourself and strive for continual learning.
- Strong adaptability to changing priorities and evolving recruitment needs.
- Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) and proposes and takes action to increase the quality of products and services.
- Thinks through situations of varying degrees of complexity and ambiguity, in order to understand them clearly.
- Manages, tracks and attends to multiple pieces of information, bringing order and clarity.
- Mind set to develop and grow- assessing, measuring and improving performance
- Excellent time management and organizational skills are valuable in this role.
- Good level of Excel user skill and similar data management tools would be an asset.
