The Account/Project Coordinator will be crucial to the success of our business-critical client projects.

Supporting the Operations and Client Project Manager with all implementation and project

coordination duties across the UK operations.



Type of contract: Fixed-term contract (9 months)

 

Location: Budapest, Hungary

Key Responsibilities:

Project Implementation

  • Supporting the project manager to ensure projects are set up for success including where required creating of a project implementation plan, system set up and briefing the relevant stakeholders in delivery
  • Managing the stages of a client project including the project launch, orientation sessions for employees, client workshops and any face to face onsite delivery
  • Ensuring programme delivery fees meet or exceed project margin targets, to maximise project revenue &minimising delivery costs

Relationship and Project Management

  • Managing the day-to-day relationship with the client with support from the project manager
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, in delivery and other departments, to ensure project is running smoothly
  • Dealing with any client issues as they may arise, escalating to the project manager where appropriate
  • Monitoring participant satisfaction on projects, and participant uptake of programmes
  • Create any required client project reports and attending client project calls as required

Delivery & Operations

  • Driving best practice of systems usage, in collaboration with other colleagues
  • Track and present project data to key stakeholders when requested
  • Share information and knowledge, identify problem areas and recommend solutions. Encourage teamwork, respect and collaboration
  • Assigning work to our CV writing and coaching teams, checking and following up on overdue CV writing milestones
  • Responding to coach and CV writer queries via email, Google Chat or phone
  • Setting up new coaching participants in the system when required, and running regular reports to monitor global participant referrals

What we would like you to have:

  • Very good organisational skills to work on and manage several work streams of activities
  • Attention to detail to keep track of multiple client projects details and to be aware of upcoming deadlines
  • Good time management, multi-tasking and prioritising workload to complete role as required within agreed timescales
  • Apply logical thinking and problem solving to take decisions or ask questions to find solutions / answers
  • Excellent communication skills; excellent written, verbal, presentation and responsiveness to client, team or colleague team queries
  • Friendly, approachable manner when dealing with internal or external stakeholders
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision to fulfil tasks to a high standard of quality
  • Good IT / digital skills to use operating platforms and standard office applications to manage yourself and your workload   
  • Fluent English (both written and verbal)
  • Ideally someone with 3-5 years of experience in a similar project coordination role.
