Reporting into the Director Global Customer Support, the Customer Support Manager will be dedicated to providing outstanding service that is customer centric and drives improved operational performance for Randstad's international accounts across all specializations (Operational, Professional, Digital & Enterprise) & markets. The Global Customer Support function will be divided into categories of international customers: ● Randstad Enterprise Strategic Customers (RESC) ● Back to market ● Mid-market & prospects In this role, you will provide support tailored to the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders in one of these categories. Support ranges from commercial support as well as providing support to the RESC team and the markets. Examples include commercial support, contract management, questionnaires, audits, reporting, linking, research, etc. ● Triaging and managing requests from a central mailbox to the appropriate team member based on seniority and skill set. ● Analyzing internal and external demands and defining solutions. ● Coordinating with local, regional and global teams and checking and validating input to ensure projects are submitted on time and with the highest quality. ● Establishing agile processes and workflows with the usage of AI & automation. ● Acting as the right hand of the Director Global Customer Support by being their backup and collaborating and working on strategic projects. ● Measure internal customer satisfaction with the provision of customer support services and recommend ongoing business and systems improvements. ● Bringing insightful ideas to the leadership team to help improve efficiencies through process improvements & tools ● Establishes relationships with internal stakeholders and effectively expands networks within the organisation. critical experience ● 3+ years in international account or customer support management and 5+ years in operations management, preferably in HR services. ● Deep knowledge of Randstad's business, customers, services, and industry trends. ● Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. ● Strong financial analysis, and reporting skills. ● Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration capabilities. ● Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required role related competencies ● Strategic thinking and business acumen. ● Exceptional relationship-building skills. ● Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ● Results-oriented with a focus on business growth. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Data-driven with strong analytical and insights capabilities. ● Technical acumen and understanding of relevant technology. ● Cultural sensitivity in navigating global environments. ● Excellent attention to detail and collaborative attitude. traits Inspiring Motivate and energise the team by communicating the Randstad vision, demonstrate passion and commitment and foster an environment of enthusiasm and trust.
