The role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced recruiter who’s confident in engaging new clients and candidates, has strong negotiation skills, and is eager to work in Brisbane’s booming electrical trades market. In this role, you’ll focus exclusively on recruiting qualified electricians for permanent positions, building and managing your own desk, and partnering with clients across industries like construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing. If you're driven, commercially minded, and ready to make an impact in a high-demand sector, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
• Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.

About you:

• A minimum of 2 years of recruitment agency experience locally 
• You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
• A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
• As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
• You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
• We’re looking for someone who’s shown commitment and stability in their previous roles
