Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to lead and manage client relationships and onsite recruitment teams. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met and that our team delivers exceptional service. This role involves managing client accounts, overseeing operations, leading teams, and driving key performance indicators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
    • Be the main contact for clients and handle daily operational issues.
    • Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and create staffing strategies.
    • Make sure the teams meets client KPIs and SLAs.
    • Improve client processes and find ways to make things more efficient.
    • Keep clients happy and look for opportunities to grow accounts.
    • Manage special projects and reporting.
  • Operations Management:
    • Analyze recruitment demands and costs to find ways to improve efficiency and quality.
    • Maintain internal operational networks.
    • Manage financial and administrative tasks in line with company policies.
    • Handle escalated issues.
    • Always follow internal procedures.
  • People Management:
    • Lead the recruitment and ensure business plans are achieved.
    • Through leadership coach and support team members to help them reach their full potential.
    • Address staff training needs to support the development plans.
    • Keep the team updated on market trends and company news.
    • Provide feedback and conduct team meetings.

  • Achievement of contract performance KPIs

Work Location:

  • Mexico City, Mexico, available to travel. 
  • Monterrey, Mexico, available to travel. 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Candidate Tracking Databases

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; English skills desired
