At Randstad, our Candidate Managers play a key role in supporting recruitment outcomes by delivering exceptional candidate care and driving high-quality service behind the scenes. You’ll be part of our high-performing Trades and Labour team in Wayville, Adelaide, working closely with recruiters and clients to ensure the right people are placed in the right roles.
This position would suit someone who has had exposure to recruitment or comes from a high-volume customer service or administration background, particularly where compliance, process, and strong relationship skills have been essential.
