Senior Vice President, Sales Leader (Outplacement & Coaching)

Location: Singapore, India, or Australia (Remote)

Randstad Enterprise Solutions, a global leader in HR and recruitment solutions, including Randstad Sourceright, Randstad Enterprise Group, and Randstad RiseSmart, is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Vice President, Sales Team Leader to spearhead our Outplacement & Coaching sales initiatives across the APAC region. This critical leadership role within our Enterprise Growth Office offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of talent solutions in a dynamic and evolving market.

The Opportunity:

As the Senior Vice President, Sales Team Leader, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for Randstad Enterprise's core concepts, both globally and locally. This involves leading high-value, complex customer pursuits, securing new logos, expanding existing business, and orchestrating rewins. You will directly lead and mentor a high-performing team of 6-8 Senior Client Partners within our APAC enterprise sales team, providing strategic guidance on pitch development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead and empower a team of 6-8 Senior Client Partners across APAC to develop and execute strategic sales plans, achieving significant revenue targets in a competitive and innovative market.
  • Complex Deal Management: Support Senior Client Partners on the largest and most intricate global deals, leveraging local and regional expertise, relationships, and market insights.
  • Market Penetration: Strengthen our regional and global position in outplacement and coaching by defining market strategy, managing sales activities, and designing compelling client value propositions.
  • Data-Driven Performance: Oversee daily sales metrics, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions, presenting regular reports and analysis to executive leadership. Utilize sales data, market research, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Development & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and inspire your team to reach their full potential, setting clear expectations and fostering a culture of accountability.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate enduring C-suite customer relationships and networks to secure new programs and identify expansion opportunities within G2000 target accounts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal departments such as Revenue Operations, Marketing, Advisory, and Legal to ensure a frictionless sales process from acquisition to implementation.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience (10+ years) in global sales and/or account management, with a demonstrable ability to drive new business in complex solution sales.
  • Extensive sales management experience with a proven track record of leading sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and leading teams to close deals with large enterprise organisations, engaging multiple senior-level stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to increase wallet share, market share, and generate increased revenue.
  • Exceptional leadership, motivational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of leveraging data for strategic business decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across various departments.
  • Strong executive-level presentation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce is a significant advantage.
