We're looking for Talent Advisor to become a key part of our international team, specifically dedicated to supporting a prestigious client from Big Four - EY!

In this role, you will be more than just a recruiter; you will be a strategic partner, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both the client and candidates. You will represent client values and culture with expertise and professionalism, guiding candidates through a transparent and well-structured hiring process.

Role is remote from Poland.

What will be your key responsibilities:

• Manage source & screen recruitment process, including passive candidates sourcing.
• Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent pipelining for future projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Efficiently manage requisitions while aligning with stakeholder expectations.
• Validate shortlisted candidates to ensure top talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with hiring managers/ client recruiter to design and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance throughout the recruitment process.
• Effectively utilize and manage applicant tracking systems (Sucessfactor)
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment and selection processes to attract the best talent.

• Fluent Polish and English minimum B2
