As a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, you’ll lead recruitment efforts from strategy to hire—ensuring the best talent is matched with the right roles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative environment, understands the nuances of local labor markets, and is comfortable operating in a multilingual, multicultural setting.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with travel across the Brussels region. Fluency in Flemish, French, and English is essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a strategic recruitment partner for hiring managers and HR teams across the Brussels region

• Lead intake meetings, advise on sourcing strategies, and align recruitment plans with business needs

• Manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing and interviewing to offer and onboarding

• Collaborate with sourcing experts and coordinators to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

• Provide labor market insights, data, and recommendations to support hiring decisions

• Ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers

Who You Are:

• You bring 5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in an RPO or corporate setting

• You’re confident in guiding hiring decisions and providing consultative support to stakeholders

• You speak Flemish, French, and English fluently—a must for working across the Brussels region

• You have a deep understanding of Belgium’s labor market and recruitment practices

• You’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment

• You know how to build trust, deliver results, and adapt quickly to changing needs
