Job Title: HR Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Sunnyvale, CA (on location)

Salary Range:  46,026.00-69,040.00

Summary:

We are seeking a HR project manager to support organizational success through strategic HR management and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organized, detail- and results-oriented professional with a proven record of supporting transformational initiatives. This role will partner with global leadership to execute HR initiatives. This is a  6-month contract position. Candidates must live in the San Jose area and be on-site daily (M-F). 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Support complex HR projects, ensuring timely and successful completion, and effectively communicating project status and updates to global stakeholders.
  • HR Business Partner: Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to global business leaders, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters surrounding (but not limited to) mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strategic HR Management: Support and relay HR strategies that align with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Transformational Leadership: Support and manage transformational HR initiatives, including process/workflow improvements, large program execution, and change management.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize business intelligence and data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform HR decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • HRIS Management: Utilize and optimize HRIS systems (e.g., BrassRing, Workday, SAP) to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and knowledge of the HR life cycle, focusing on tactical project management, spreadsheets, and ensuring paperwork completion.

 

  • Global mindset, able to navigate and effectively communicate with globally dispersed stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., BrassRing, Workday, SAP) and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
