About the Role:

We are looking for a German-speaking 360 Recruiter to manage full-cycle

recruitment across a wide range of roles for the Mars RPO account within

the DACH region. This is a 100% remote position based in Poland, offering the

flexibility to work from home while partnering closely with hiring managers and

internal stakeholders across Europe. You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment

process—from intake to offer—delivering high-quality talent and a great candidate

experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to end recruitment process for roles across production and sales corporate,  functions in the DACH region
• Conduct role briefings with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align expectations, and set clear recruitment strategies
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and talent pools
• Screen and interview candidates, present qualified shortlists, and guide hiring managers through the selection process
• Manage scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in Workday and other recruitment tools
• Serve as a consultative partner to stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience
• Collaborate remotely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams across multiple locations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in full-cycle (360) recruitment, ideally in corporate or FMCG settings
• Fluency in German and professional working proficiency in English
• Experience recruiting for the DACH region is highly preferred
• Proactive sourcing skills and a strategic mindset
• Confidence working independently while building strong remote relationships
• Comfortable using ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and sourcing tools
• High attention to detail and a commitment to candidate and client excellence
