GBS Team Lead (French-speaking)

We are currently seeking a GBS Team Lead to join our growing team in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity to support and guide a French-speaking team within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment. You don't need years of leadership experience—but you do need a strong sense of ownership, confidence in coordination, and the ability to empower others.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a go-to coordinator and subject matter expert (SME) for the French market team
• Build and maintain clear reporting structures, providing insights and updates to stakeholders
• Support, energize, and empower your team members to achieve shared goals
• Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Help establish process improvements, resolve issues, and streamline team performance
• Serve as a point of escalation and ensure alignment with GBS best practices

What You Bring:

• Fluency in French (C1 level) and strong communication skills in English
• Some exposure to leadership or coordination in a GBS or shared services environment
• A proactive, flexible mindset with the ability to work independently and lead by example
• Strong organizational and reporting skills—you’re confident managing data and driving actions
• The ability to inspire and influence those around you, even without formal authority
