We are currently looking for a Talent Advisor to support our client in the recruitment processes for blue-collar roles.  

Based in Rzeszów, this role works closely with the TA manager and key business stakeholders as part of the Randstad Sourceright working for one of our clients from the aviation and engineering industry.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic talent advisory and planning to support your stakeholders and business leaders
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand and define current/future skills requirements (workforce planning)
• Initiate a range of sourcing activities to ensure a regular supply of candidates that meet client’s current and future demands
• Engage hiring managers and candidates on a weekly basis, providing regular updates on the process. 
• Compliantly work within Workday to input the correct data and statuses of candidates, making sure all data is correct in real time.
• Develop and manage the recruitment process for clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.
• Share market feedback and competitor intelligence to educate the hiring manager on supply & demand

About You

• A Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, with big goals and a desire to develop and grow
• Inhouse or RPO experience a plus, or an agency background
• Experience hiring within a “blue collar” environment
• Highly organised and manages time effectively
• Loves to learn 
• Enjoys structure and following a process
• Comfortable seeking help when they need it
