Executive Business Partner to CFO, Digital & Enterprise

Are you a calm and highly organised business partner seeking a challenging and rewarding dual role? We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to provide high-level support to our CFO of Randstad Digital and Enterprise. This role requires an independent professional capable of prioritising tasks across two demanding sectors.

Location: UK, Hungary, Poland, or Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Support: Manage scheduling, diary, and inbox for the CFO.
• Operational Tasks: Handle invoice approvals and prepare presentations for finance calls and town halls.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills, act as primary point of contact. 
• Travel Management: Coordinate and manage travel arrangements.
• Strategic Prioritisation: Effectively manage conflicting meetings and priorities across both enterprise and digital functions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experienced Business Partner: Proven track record of supporting senior executives.
• Independent and Proactive: Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Adaptable: Comfortable adapting to established working styles and systems.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
