About the role

We’re looking for a driven sales professional or recruiter to join our Business Support team in Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity to step into recruitment, backed by the support of experienced leaders who will guide you through every step of the process. 

You'll be partnering with key construction, property and engineering companies across the state, supporting their hiring needs while playing an active role in the growth of QLD’s workforce. We have an active list of clients, mapped-out business opportunities, and a team committed to helping you succeed.

What you’ll be doing

  • Proactively building new client relationships across QLD
  • Supporting existing clients by delivering tailored recruitment solutions
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief to placement
  • Working toward clear sales, activity, and placement targets with strong team support

What we’re looking for

  • A strong background in sales, business development or account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A commercial mindset and the drive to win new business
  • A team player who values collaboration and shared success
