We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to join the Enterprise Team. This individual will bring a strong product mindset, proven experience in launching digital business models, and the entrepreneurial spirit required to drive a newly signed strategic partnership with Workday into execution. This partnership aims to create a true marketplace for talent inside Workday – with Randstad as the exclusive talent partner.

 

responsibilities

  • Accountable for unlocking a new, strategically vital core revenue stream for Randstad, fundamentally altering its marketing presence and future growth trajectory
  • Own and drive the vision of the Workday-Randstad marketplace integration from idea to scaled execution.
  • Navigate the complexity of Randstad’s global organization to align stakeholders across functions (e.g., Finance, Product, Sales, Business leadership), ensuring alignment with overarching corporate objectives and long-term market leadership
  • Represent Randstad with our Workday counterparts and operationalize the joint go-to-market.
  • Lead cross-functional squads to prioritize and build the integration layers between Workday and Randstad platforms.
  • Ensure smooth data flows, develop scalable business processes and shape the commercial model together with sales teams.
  • Act as internal founder of this initiative with strong drive, ownership and minimal need for oversight.
  • Operate in an undefined and nascent problem space, where the primary responsibility is to actively shape and establish the strategic and operational parameters for market innovation and disruption, creating a solution where no precedent currently exists within the industry
  • Inspire stakeholders by connecting the strategic vision to tangible execution milestones and outcomes.

requirements

education & experience

  • Proven track record in building and scaling digital products and/or platforms in a global context.
  • Deep, foundational expertise across multiple, cutting-edge digital business models, emerging technologies, and disruptive market strategies to define entirely new paradigms
  • 10+ years of experience in tech, product, or entrepreneurial roles – ideally with startup and corporate experience.
  • Experience working with enterprise software (Workday experience a plus) and data-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of digital disruption, product lifecycle, go-to-market strategies and agile delivery.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or similar qualification a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage senior leadership and external partners.
  • Recognized as a global thought leader in digital innovation and marketplace development, ideally within the HR services sector, contributing to industry best practices and setting new standards
  • Comfortable working in a matrix environment and influencing without authority.
  • High degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a bias for action.
  • demonstrated experience working in high pressure and fast paced environments, with focus on delivery
  • demonstrated change and project management skills on a large scale; capability to plan, priorities and monitor product development, innovation & change management activities, adequately balancing short, mid and long term and deliver and report on results

The is a remote role based in North America.

Travel (regional and global) might be required.

The base salary range for this position is $208,000.00 - $305,000.00.  The role can be hired full time as an Associate but can also will consider part time as a 1099 contractor as well.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
