Randstad Sourceright is a subsidiary of the Randstad group that supports large national and international companies by taking charge of all or part of their temporary staffing management processes within their human resources department.

As an MSP Talent Advisor, you will work closely with Céline Duveau, your direct manager. You will be responsible for managing temporary work activity with complete neutrality for our clients from one of our offices in Aix-en-Provence, Toulouse, Paris, and Annonay.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage client and supplier (recruitment agencies) relationships throughout the entire process.
• Handle our client's temporary staffing requests 
• Ensure the proper distribution and processing of requests with approved suppliers.
• Review and ensure the compliance of temporary worker contracts.
• Manage temporary employee timesheets and resolve invoicing issues.
• Produce reporting statements and monitor supplier performance.

Your Qualifications:

• Ideally, a Master's or a BTS degree in Human Resources, GPME (Small and Medium Business Management), or equivalent, with a successful first experience in a temporary staffing agency.
• You are known for your proactive approach and your ability to handle multiple subjects simultaneously while guaranteeing optimal quality for clients and suppliers.
• Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• You want to join a positive, motivated, and close-knit team.

What We Offer:

• Location: Aix-en-Provence, Toulouse, Paris, and Annonay
• Contract Type: 7-month fixed-term contract (renewable)
• Working Hours: 36.60 hours per week
• Salary: 27K - 29K over 12 months
• Benefits: Restaurant vouchers, health insurance, CSE (Social and Economic Committee)
• Remote Work: 2 days per week (possible after 6 months of service)
• Paid Time Off: 10 RTT days
