We're looking for an Expert Talent Advisor to become a key part of our international team, specifically dedicated to supporting our client, a big bank in Warsaw. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of their office and be part of our innovative ROD (Recruiter on Demand) program.

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw) - Tuesdays in the office.

What you will do:

• You will manage the recruitment process for our IT vacancies.
• Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs.
• Source top talent across Poland.
• Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.

What we would like you to have:

• Experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment role with technical recruitment experience
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
• Being proactive, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong sourcing skills
