As a Senior Supplier Manager, you will be responsible for the relationship management and SM service delivery of a portfolio of one or more of Randstad's largest clients as well as regional and global suppliers (including Op Co’s). You will develop, maintain and improve relationships with suppliers and Op Co’s in support of Randstad programs. In addition, you will lead discussions with Randstad's top regional and global suppliers regarding their capabilities, service delivery performance, deficiencies, and development activities and drive results to improve the support provided to Randstad’s client programs.
This role will partner with clients to work on their contingent labour, Statement of Work (SoW) or permanent hiring supplier strategies. This role will also work side by side with a number of key client functions which may include; Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Procurement. Key areas of focus will be to review supplier efficiency from an operational perspective, identify cost saving initiatives, determine the most optimal supply base, create negotiation frameworks and execute multi-layered, complex supplier strategies. In addition, you will define supply chain risk initiatives to drive change and improvement.
A key part of the role is to lead (or support) key initiatives in relation to implementation of new programmes, including strategy planning across any agency population as part of a transition plan within new Randstad Sourceright solutions.
The Senior Supplier Manager may also be asked to assist with supplier performance issues and escalations; participate in industry related conferences and engagement as appropriate; and brief/interact with Randstad leadership and/or inter-organizational managers (i.e. Delivery) on status of projects and/or supplier management matters.
