As an account specialist with our inhouse team, you'll support a well-established defence client in Sydney CBD, hiring skilled trades professionals such as mechanical fitters, boilermakers, electricians, and emergency response personnel. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, navigating compliance-heavy processes like AFP police checks and Defence clearances, and managing PEA, payroll, and reporting. Success in this role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships while anticipating workforce needs.
