As an Operations Manager you will be leading the early careers recruitment solution for one of the largest global beauty brands. Using your recruitment experience and consultative skills to serve as the day to day primary contact for the early careers team, ensuring efficiency and productivity. You will hold strong relationships with the client and enable their business to continue to flourish.

 

Using your strong communication skills you will actively propose process improvements, coach and share insights with the team. You will use your strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making to research complex issues and develop recommended actions. Experience in Early Careers recruitment would be an advantage. Being organised, decisive, and having an ability to stay calm under pressure are all musts in this role. The role is based in Budapest.

 

You will be responsible for 

  • leading and managing day to day client relationships, to manage client expectations and provide innovative solutions to solve client needs
  • managing account performance to ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are exceeded
  • taking responsibility for delivering a prescribed budget for own area of the organisation
  • responsibility for monitoring the P&L and having an active participation in the forecasting and budgeting process
  • working with the client and internal teams to agree sourcing strategies, including input on attraction
  • providing guidance and data driven insights 
  • escalation management, ensure timely resolution, direct corrective action as needed
  • leading and implementing continuous process improvement activities/programs
  • building own capabilities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework
  • coaching and mentoring team to meet service level(s) required and ensure best practice process is followed
  • provide induction, development, reward and succession planning



You will need

  • Proven client facing experience which can be either in-house, or working for an RPO or MSP provider preferably on a global scale
  • Experience of managing and motivating others
  • The ability to liaise with all levels of management and deliver data driven insights and updates
  • The ability to develop and deliver business plans and recruitment strategies
  • Ability to speak French is desirable but not essential
