The role

As a recruiter at Randstad, you're not just matching candidates with jobs - you're building careers and driving business growth.

Join us on a rewarding journey as a healthcare recruitment consultant, placing aged care nurses and support workers, working from our Melbourne CBD office. As we redefine recruitment, your role will be instrumental in developing opportunities with clients and nurturing relationships, identifying top talent for aged care opportunities and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

A Day in the Life of a Recruiter:

  • Build and manage your relationship with our aged care clients

  • Business development with new aged care facilities

  • Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling

  • Screening, interviewing and presentation of nurses and support workers
