 Job Content and Purpose

  • Determining organizational objectives in partnership with the Global SSM Leadership Team and MSP / RPO Delivery Leadership by creating team strategy, policy and improvement programs accordingly.
  • Responsible for all Supplier activities in relation to ongoing client delivery for MSP clients.
  • Responsible for Supplier Delivery activities including; end to end new supplier on-boarding (compliance, contracting etc), ongoing supplier audit activities to validate compliance to contractual commitments, managing the SSM communications strategy to external stakeholders and providing SSM supplier reporting (TBC).
  • Partnering with the Global SSM and Delivery leaders to develop a technology strategy and roadmap to drive efficiency and consistency in relevant Supplier Management processes.
  • Developing a near-shore / off-shore delivery capability for high volume, low complexity activities as part of strategy.
  • Continuous focus on process excellence and continuous improvement to ensure maximum efficiency on key operations activities.
  • Building out a best in class infrastructure for the on-boarding of suppliers to the RSR ecosystem leverage process and technology.
  • Building out a highly scalable, cost efficient approach to providing SLA driven services to applicable clients.
  • Management oversight of shared resources including career and performance objective setting, training and other HR related obligations.
  • Partner with Client Delivery and Service Design to ensure alignment on client management roles and responsibilities in a post go live environment for clients, as well as continued partnership in the delivery of client services.
  • Work with team to maintain our SRM databases and processes
  • Work with tech partners to find improvements and enhancements to the technologies that support our work.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • Additional education strongly preferred

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in the staffing industry
  • Leadership and line management experience a must, preferably in a global environment
  • Project management / process excellence background strongly preferred
  • Experience of effectively partnering with management and senior management level internal stakeholders
  • MSP / RPO experience strongly preferred, or a background in providing services to corporate clients
  • Procurement / Supply Chain experience preferred
  • Track record of developing strategic plans and successfully implementing
  • Process development and management
  • Shared service or call center management experience
