As a French-Speaking Business Services Specialist , the role involves assisting internal and external clients with administrative processes for our Randstad Risesmart divisions in France. These processes specifically include managing accidents in the workplace, sick leave, and related details. 

What you will do:

  • Managing documentation and correspondence related to workplace accidents and occupational diseases (AT/MP).
  • Preparing and analyzing declarations of occupational accidents and illnesses.
  • Reviewing case files and responding to investigations from the CPAM (French Health Insurance).
  • Drafting official communications, including reservation letters, legal referrals, and document requests.
  • Coordinating actions related to the occupational accidents unit, such as hotline support and medical check-ups.
  • Entering and updating data in platforms such as Salesforce and Workday, ensuring consistency across systems.
    Organizing company assessments and supporting job search and employee information through the Torch platform.
  • Filing, organizing, and maintaining accurate records and statistics related to AT/MP activity.
  • Performing general administrative tasks as needed.

What we would like you to have:

  • Fluency in both in French and English (both spoken and written)
  • Experience in administrative, customer service, or operational roles; knowledge of the French social security system is a plus but not required.
  • Good at time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks
  • Attention to detail to keep track of multiple assignments, coach details and dates
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills to deal with any schedule conflicts or delivery issues
  • Friendly, approachable manner when dealing with internal or external stakeholders
