About Randstad Sourceright & E-FLEX
Randstad Sourceright is a division of the Randstad Group that supports large national and international organizations by managing all or part of their HR processes. Our Vendor Management System (VMS) team provides the E-FLEX platform—a SaaS application developed and managed internally—that enables businesses to manage their temporary staffing needs: job orders, candidate centralization, contract management, time tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
We are now expanding this exciting project and are looking for a Business Service Specialist to join the growing team in Budapest and work closely with our French counterparts.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Service Specialist, you’ll be supporting the E-FLEX team on administrative and operational tasks related to client management, invoicing, and tool optimization. You’ll work with a team of experts in France, primarily based in Nantes, and collaborate closely with Budapest-based colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and registering invoices in Salesforce for both local and international clients.
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as tracking client data, validating company info (e.g., SIRET/SIREN), and ensuring accuracy of records.
  • Collaborating with the French team on client implementations and updates.
  • Communicating with clients and internal teams in French and English.
  • Working on internal process improvement initiatives—your ideas will be welcomed!
  • Learning to use tools like Salesforce, Sidetrade, Osmose, Infogreffe, and G Suite (no prior knowledge required—training provided).
  • Assisting in quality control, identifying errors, and proactively proposing corrective actions.


Who You Are
We are looking for someone with:

  • Fluent French and English (spoken and written)—a must!
  • Administrative, back-office, or finance experience (invoice processing, data accuracy, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence in working with confidential data and managing various digital tools.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, or tools like Infogreffe is a plus (but not required—training provided).
  • Previous roles in AP, customer support, or helpdesk could be relevant.
