As a Talent Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment operations across multiple regions for a fast-growing organization.

Your Responsibilities:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for live roles in a fast-growing company across multiple regions.
  • Produce reporting documents and monitor supplier performance.
  • Manage the client and supplier relationship throughout the entire process.
  • Handle staffing requests from the client.
  • Ensure the accurate distribution and follow-up of staffing needs to approved suppliers.
  • Review and validate supplier invoices.

What we are looking for:

  • Min. 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing
  • Fluency in English - it’s going to be your everyday business language
  • Fluency in German or French would be an asset
  • Good level of Excel user skill and similar data management tools would be an asset.
  • Mind set to develop and grow- assessing, measuring and improving performance
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are valuable in this role.
  • Independence and proactiveness once you learn the role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Fieldglass would be nice
