The role
As a recruiter at Randstad, you're not just matching candidates with jobs - you're building careers and driving business growth.
Join us on a rewarding journey as a healthcare recruitment consultant, placing travel nurses in hospitals across Australia. As we redefine recruitment, your role will be instrumental in nurturing existing client relationships, identifying top talent for nursing opportunities and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Based in our Brisbane CBD office.
A Day in the Life of a Recruiter:
Manage the relationship with our major hospital client
Fill a high-volume of shifts / contract positions
Headhunting, candidate attraction and talent pooling
Screening, interviewing and placing nurses in vacancies
