We are searching for an Internal Talent Coordinator to coordinate the recruitment process for the internal candidates of one of our biggest clients in the UK. You will have a chance to be a part of one of the most important and appreciated processes on the current recruitment market - internal mobility.

In this role, visiting the office minimum once a week is necessary. For the candidates who lives more than two hours away from Budapest can have a flexibility to visit the office only once in every two weeks.

What you will do:

• Providing administrative support to Talent Advisors during the recruitment process
• Screening and shortlisting profiles of internal applicants
• Maintaining close cooperation with client’s onsite HR department
• Stakeholder management - working very closely with Talent Advisors and hiring managers
• Managing the internal candidate journey related to their internal job applications
• Taking part in briefings and discussions with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team

What we would like you to have:

• Fluency in both in English (both spoken and written)
• Experience in recruitment and hospitality field would be a plus
• Previous corporate experience - being used to working in such environment, working with KPIs
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with candidates, Talent Advisors and hiring managers
• Potential experience with Workday (not mandatory)
• Good at stakeholder management and communication
• A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to work independently but also collaboratively within the team in a remote setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
