We're looking for a dynamic Account Manager to lead and manage client relationships. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met and that our team delivers exceptional service. This role involves managing client accounts, meeting clients expectations. 

 

What you will be doing:

  • Client Management:
    • Be the main contact for clients and handle daily operational issues.
    • Work with clients to understand their hiring needs and create staffing strategies.
    • Make sure the team meets client KPIs and SLAs.
    • Improve client processes and find ways to make things more efficient.
    • Keep clients happy and look for opportunities to grow accounts.
    • Manage special projects and reporting.

 

  • Operations Management:
    • Analyze recruitment demands and costs to find ways to improve efficiency and quality.
    • Maintain internal operational networks.
    • Manage financial and administrative tasks in line with company policies.
    • Handle escalated issues.
    • Always follow internal procedures.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English desired
