We are currently looking for a Business Services Specialist to support one of our new clients!

As an Associate Business Services Specialist  you will support our client - Google in managing the first step of the applicant process. You will review all resumes, identifying the best candidates based on defined criteria.

 

Successful candidates will ensure all applicants are carefully considered and assessed in a timely manner, contributing to an overall positive candidate experience.

 

What you get to do:

  • Proactive review of candidates to determine if they meet job requirements
  • Ensure all applicants are carefully considered and assessed in a timely manner
  • Lead candidates through initial stages of application process
  • Recruitment process compliance and system administration
  • Collaborate on special projects

 

What you need to bring:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience or High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year in HR, staffing or a corporate environment
  • At least 1 year experience in data management, process improvement or analytics
  • Familiarity with office productivity tools and web based technologies, ideally GSuite, Google Workplace
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, business changes, and shifts in priorities
  • Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment skills assessment
  • Able to work remotely from Poland
  • Proficient with the English language, speaking & writing
  • Multi lingual preferred, Italian, French, Spanish or any Scandinavian language
