We are looking for such a matchmaker to join our innovative team and collaborate with Yacht.

Yacht specializes in connecting highly trained and experienced professionals with organizations. We achieve this through recruitment and secondment. Yacht is part of Randstad, a global leader in recruitment and human resource solutions that was founded in the Netherlands in 1960.

What you will do:

• Managing recruiting processes for high-volume roles - mix of different freelance roles, (engineerings, IT, marketing, finance, etc)
• Review and improve job descriptions and post them externally
• Coordinate all aspects of the talent on-boarding to the talent pool (including, but not limited to, helping to create profiles, answering questions, assisting with pool allocation, following up on candidates, etc.) 
• Provide a high-quality experience for every candidate from first contact to hire
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Who we are looking for: 

• Fluency in Dutch and English - you will use both language everyday
• Previous recruiting experience - we are open for junior profiles as well (rec. coordinator, screener, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate successfully with all stakeholders - internally and externally
• Mature problem-solver
• Detail oriented, efficient and a reliable team player
