The Randstad Enterprise Talent Advisory Team partners with clients to create innovative, human-focused strategies that transform work and drive sustainable growth. Specializing in areas like talent strategy, workforce planning, AI, diversity, and culture, the team delivers strategic insights and solutions to unlock human potential. Combining technology with forward-thinking approaches, they help clients tackle complex challenges, optimize efficiency, and shape future-ready, impactful organizations.

The Advisory Head of NAM is a senior leader with deep expertise in talent, organizational transformation, and consulting. They are accountable for overseeing multiple high-impact engagements focused on change and transformation. This individual will shape global strategies, lead innovation, and drive growth through consultative selling and C-suite engagement. As a thought leader and domain expert, they will also influence industry trends and internal capability development.

Regional Leadership & Growth

  • Own the strategic direction and performance of the North America (NAM) region, driving revenue growth, market share, and client satisfaction. The whole of the Americas could fall into this role.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the NAM market, aligning global priorities with regional opportunities.
  • Build and scale regional capabilities across consulting, delivery, and innovation functions.
  • Represent the region in global leadership forums, ensuring NAM's voice and priorities are reflected in firmwide decision-making.

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Lead consultative selling efforts, from shaping early-stage opportunities to closing major deals and managing executive relationships.
  • Act as executive sponsor for top-tier clients, cultivating C-level relationships and delivering long-term strategic value.
  • Drive major account growth across sectors, with a focus on transformational programs that address clients’ most critical challenges.
  • Structure and negotiate complex commercial deals, including pricing models, third-party partnerships, and enterprise agreements.

Thought Leadership & Market Influence

  • Be the face of the firm in NAM—speaking at industry events, publishing white papers, and contributing to market-shaping research.
  • Influence public and private sector thinking through active engagement in policy, innovation, and ecosystem conversations.
  • Identify and incubate emerging trends, technologies, and capabilities that align with regional client needs and global strategy.

Practice Development & Team Leadership

  • Build a high-performing, diverse, and engaged team across the region, with a strong focus on capability development and succession planning.
  • Design and lead talent strategies—from hiring to performance management and leadership development—tailored to regional needs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to future leaders within the region and across the firm.

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Ensure the region operates efficiently, meets financial and delivery KPIs, and adheres to global quality and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with global functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Delivery, Marketing) to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously assess risk, compliance, and market shifts to ensure proactive adaptation and resilience.

The base salary range for this position is $195,000 to 312,000.
