We are currently looking for Recruitment Coordinators to help support our client who is one of the biggest technology conglomerates globally.

A successful Recruitment Coordinator thrives in supporting the business with the correct expertise while handling complex scenarios, understands the importance of providing excellent support to customer programs, their stakeholders and on- and off- site colleagues in order to provide unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage interviews for multiple candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate logistics, including video conferencing and travel arrangements.
• Ensure all interview panel members are briefed and have candidate information.
• Troubleshoot any technical issues during virtual interviews to ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Gather feedback from interviewers and candidates, compiling assessments to inform hiring decisions.
• Support continuous process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain confidentiality, data protection standards, and up-to-date documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to align with recruitment objectives.

• Customer cervice orientation: Provide excellent service to all recruitment stakeholders.
• Problem Solving skills: Quickly identify and resolve any challenges in the recruitment process.

Job Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or corporate services (RPO/BPO preferred).
• Experience with high-volume roles or coordination in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to manage interview scheduling across multiple time zones (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
• Strong adaptability to changing priorities and evolving recruitment needs.
• Skilled in negotiating schedules and resolving conflicts efficiently.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew
• Working remotely from Poland/Hungary/UK/Romania or USA and having valid work permit for one of this countries
• Willing to work from Sunday to Thursday
